Ongoing Monitoring Supplier performance is monitored annually through declarations, documentation reviews, and feedback from staff and clients. Non-compliance triggers corrective action or escalation. Internal Risk Review AHOM™ RMC conducts internal reviews of its own operations to identify risks related to employment conditions, client services, and community impacts. Risks are documented and tracked through a governance log reviewed at the senior management/board level. Escalation & Remediation If risks or violations are identified, AHOM™ RMC develops corrective action plans with timelines and accountability measures. Serious violations may result in disengagement from suppliers or termination of business relationships.
