Supplier Incentives for Human Rights Compliance

At AHOM™ Relocation Management Company Inc. (AHOM™ RMC), we view compliance with human rights laws and ethical practices as a baseline expectation for all suppliers. To strengthen accountability and reward positive behavior, we have adopted the following approach:

  1. Preferred Supplier Status
Suppliers who demonstrate alignment with international human rights standards (UDHR, ILO, UNGPs) are prioritized for continued business relationships.

  2. Contractual Advantages
Compliant suppliers may receive longer contract terms and increased order volumes as recognition of their commitment to ethical practices.

  3. Collaborative Opportunities
Suppliers who show leadership in labor rights, diversity and inclusion, and environmental responsibility are considered for joint initiatives and pilot projects.

  4. Termination of Non-Compliant Suppliers
Suppliers who fail to meet AHOM™ RMC’s Human Rights & Social Responsibility Policy requirements may face corrective action or disengagement from future contracts.

By embedding these measures, AHOM™ RMC ensures that our supply chain reflects our values of dignity, fairness, and belonging.

AHOM™ RMC Human Rights Risk Analysis Procedure

At AHOM™ Relocation Management Company Inc. (AHOM™ RMC), we systematically assess the potential human rights impacts of our operations and supplier relationships to ensure compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Overview

  1. Initial Supplier Screening

    • All suppliers are reviewed against AHOM™ RMC’s Human Rights & Social Responsibility Policy before engagement.

    • Risk factors considered: labor practices, wages, occupational health & safety, environmental impacts, and diversity/inclusion practices.

  2. Ongoing Monitoring

    • Supplier performance is monitored annually through declarations, documentation reviews, and feedback from staff and clients.

    • Non-compliance triggers corrective action or escalation.

  3. Internal Risk Review

    • AHOM™ RMC conducts internal reviews of its own operations to identify risks related to employment conditions, client services, and community impacts.

    • Risks are documented and tracked through a governance log reviewed at the senior management/board level.

  4. Escalation & Remediation

    • If risks or violations are identified, AHOM™ RMC develops corrective action plans with timelines and accountability measures.

    • Serious violations may result in disengagement from suppliers or termination of business relationships.

Commitment

This risk analysis process ensures that human rights risks are not only identified but actively managed across AHOM™ RMC’s supply chain and operations, reinforcing our values of dignity, fairness, and belonging.
