AHOM™ Relocation Quote Process

Step 1. Discovery Call (Free)

  • Goal: Understand the client’s relocation needs.

  • What You Ask:

    • Number of employees/families relocating

    • Destinations (city/province)

    • Services needed (housing, immigration, tax, temporary housing, move management, etc.)

    • Budget range + timeline

  • Deliverable: You send a 1-page intake summary confirming what you heard.

Step 2. Needs Assessment & Custom Plan

  • Internal prep:

    • Plug details into your relocation management dashboard/CRM.

    • Select relevant partners/vendors (real estate, moving, temporary housing, etc.).

    • Draft a service bundle tailored to their needs.

  • Deliverable to client:

    • Relocation Proposal PDF (custom branded):

      • Scope of services

      • Estimated costs (broken into categories: housing, move, immigration, extras)

      • Timeline & milestones

      • Your AHOM™ differentiators (housing-first, coast-to-coast, dual licensing, etc.)

Step 3. Quote Review & Adjustments

  • Host a follow-up meeting (15–30 mins).

  • Walk the client through the proposal.

  • Answer questions, adjust scope if needed.

  • Send a revised final proposal + contract draft.

Step 4. Formal Quote & Agreement

  • Final Relocation Quote PDF includes:

    • Detailed cost breakdown (base services, optional add-ons)

    • Service level commitments (timelines, housing standards, compliance notes)

    • Terms & conditions

  • Send with a Service Agreement (contract) for signature.

Step 5. Onboarding & Execution

  • Once signed:

    • Assign a Relocation Advisor (you or a team member).

    • Provide client with “Welcome Pack”:

      • Timeline of services

      • Primary contact info

      • Link to dashboard/portal (if available)

  • Begin service delivery, with checkpoints & reporting at each stage.
